Use only media you may access

NexStream is a browser-based discovery and player for public media links. You may use it only for media you own, have permission to access, or are otherwise legally entitled to use. You remain responsible for complying with copyright laws, licenses and each source platform’s terms.

• Do not use NexStream to access private posts, defeat access controls, or evade a platform restriction.
• Do not redistribute, sell or publicly perform a work unless you have the rights to do so.
• Do not submit links or search text for unlawful, abusive or infringing purposes.

YouTube feeds, searches and media resolution

Popular-video feeds and category/search results use the official YouTube Data API v3. Public playlist search uses YouTube search metadata, and opening a playlist requests its public track list through the official playlist-items method. NexStream does not scrape YouTube pages; the API supplies discovery metadata, not media streams. When you select a video or public playlist track, its public video URL is sent through the separate Silva Tech Nexus resolver to attempt playback or download; that service may not resolve every video or format. A direct search phrase submitted to the resolver outside the homepage discovery flow can return only its first YouTube match.

Downloads and limits

MP3 and MP4 availability, quality, duration and file size depend on the source platform and the external service. Your browser, device storage and network may impose additional limits. Large files can use significant memory or storage. Downloads are handed to your browser and may open separately; NexStream cannot guarantee completion.

Ownership and service changes

Content rights stay with their owners. NexStream and the Silva Tech Nexus name remain the property of their respective owners. The service is provided as-is and may change or be paused. Local library data may be lost if site data is cleared, your device is replaced or browser storage is evicted.
